The Krav Maga Worldwide Training Center - Tyler TX, was the first facility of its kind in the East
Texas area. This Training Center has a 2250 sq. ft., training ground, dedicated to providing the
finest self defense, fitness, and fighting instruction. At East Texas Krav Maga, we pride ourselves on
having reality-based training that simulates real life violent confrontations. We don't incorporate any
techniques or training methods unless they are effective and practical for the street. We've spent
years perfecting exercises that help develop an aggressive fighting spirit without sacrificing student
safety.
Our instructional staff is certified by the Israeli Ministry of Education and the Krav Maga Association
Of America and includes expert, nationally recognized defensive tactics instructors.

What to expect in your training.
Each hour will include drills to enhance muscle strength and cardiovascular conditioning, as well as
drills to teach students how to operate under pressure or fatigue, defend against multiple attackers,
and keep fighting spirit high for the entire duration of a defense or fight.
ETKM instructors want you to be both a strong and a smart fighter. Instructors will give examples of
when it is appropriate to use techniques, what to do when an attacker is disabled, and when a
student should simply run from danger. Remember, Krav Maga is about going home alive, not about
being a tough guy!
